All orders within the United States qualify for free ground shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to all expedited and international orders.
We endeavour to ship all orders received by 12pm EST on the same day, but please note that shipment times are estimates, and we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Orders received on weekends will be shipped first available business day. We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming shipping, so please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order. We hope that you are pleased with your Salence Outerwear order. If you wish to return or exchange items for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unaltered, including original tags. Items will be inspected upon return.

- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number in your message.
- If you are exchanging items, please let us know for which style and size you would like to exchange your item.
- We will reply to you with a pre-paid shipping label, which you can then print and attach to your return shipment.
SALENCE® products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and we stand behind each one. Every Salence product purchased from us is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect during this period, we will repair the product free of charge or we may choose to replace it. This warranty does not cover any repairs caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the product has been tailored or altered in any way.
